Prominent Seattle Attorney Called Deputy A 'Nazi' During DUI Arrest
September 04, 2010

A prominent Seattle attorney called a King County (Wash.) Sheriff's deputy a "Nazi," smelled "overwhelmingly" of alcohol and started banging her head against the partition in the officer's patrol car as she was transported to King County Jail, reports SeattlePI.com.
Anne Bremner's arrest came June 4, when an officer pulled over her BMW, which she ws driving with a flat tire. She had placed two 9-1-1 calls asking for help with the flat tire and stating that she didn't know her location.
Deputy Brandon Moen arrested Bremner and brought her to the station where she effectively refused a Breathalyzer test by failing to blow into the tube for a long enough duration.
Bremner called the deputy a Nazi and the "creepiest officer" she'd ever met. She also threatened "I will sue your ass" and "it'll be bad for you guys," according to the report.
Bremner pleaded guilty on Wednesday to one count of drunk driving.
