Alaska Customs Agent's Body Found In Submerged Vehicle

The body of a U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent has been found and identified as Charles Collins, who went missing in mid-July amid highway flooding, reports the Anchorage Daily News.
Collins was found in a white sport-utility vehicle registered to Homeland Security that was submerged in a creek off Taylor Highway, which had been washed out at the time.
