Vacationing Pittsburgh Officer Charged With Stealing Harry Potter Merch

A Pittsburgh police officer will face disciplinary action when he returns from a Florida vacation for allegedly stealing $300 worth of Harry Potter merchandise from Universal Studios Orlando, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
Officer Henry A. Rogowski, 49, is said to have stuffed two Gryffindor photo albums, 12 Harry Potter bookmarks and a keychain into a plastic bag while inside the giftshop.
Orlando police have filed grand-theft charges against the officer and confiscated a personal firearm he had been carrying while at the park.
