Man Involved In Officer's Pursuit Death Surrenders

The suspect involved in the pursuit that involved the death of Cowden (Ill.) PD's Officer Jeremy Hubbard has surrendered to authorities, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
Andrew Michael Davenport, 31, of St. Louis, turned himself in at a police station in Maryland on Friday. He was sought by Illinois authorities on a felony charge of aggravated fleeing.
