Wisconsin Deputy Cleared In Fatal Shooting

A Columbia County (Wisc.) Sheriff's deputy acted appropriately, when he fatally shot a distraught man who advanced toward him with a loaded gun, the district attorney has ruled.
On June 27, Deputy Michael K. Haverley Jr. fatally shot Shaun M. Bollig, as the man advanced toward him. Bolling was reportedly distraught because he believed his fiancee was cheating on him, according to fdlreporter.com
