Steven Emerson,  executive director of The Investigative Project on Terrorism, will give a keynote presentation on "The Islamic Terrorist Threat: Violent and Stealth Jihad" Thursday Aug. 19, 0800-1000 hours at POLICE-TREXPO East in Chantilly, Va.
