LAPD Relieves Four Officers of Field Duty In Cycling Clash

The Los Angeles Police Department has relieved four officers involved in a clash with bicyclist activists from field duty while the department investigates the incident, the Los Angeles Times is reporting.
The officers have not been named.
The LAPD launched an internal investigation into the Friday night altercation after a videotape that appears to show an officer kicking the wheel of a passing bicyclist circulated across the Internet.
