Florida Deputy Shot Man Who Pointed Shotgun at Him

A Florida sheriff's deputy shot and killed a Central Florida man accused of dousing his wife with gasoline, after the man pointed a shotgun at the deputy, Central Florida News 13 reports.
Sgt. Vidal Mejias, a Volusia Sheriff's deputy, shot Joshua Gerald, 30, who had pointed a shotgun at the deputy during a domestic disturbance call.

This was actually my cousin and he wasn't shot and killed. My cousin was suffering from PTSD from serving in the military for ten years when the incident occurred. No excuse but this should be taken down or at least corrected. Thank you for your consideration.
