Hoodie-Wearing Man Robs Off-Duty D.C. Officer at Gunpoint

A man wearing a hooded sweatshirt robbed an off-duty D.C. Metro police officer on Saturday, and the officer fired at the fleeing suspect, the Washington Post reports.
The suspect was unhurt and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash. The robbery occurred in the Suitland area.
