Baltimore Officers Shot During Traffic Stop Expected to Fully Recover

Two Baltimore officers with about a year of patrol experience shot it out with a suspect Sunday evening while searching a Chevrolet Caprice in East Baltimore, the Baltimore Sun reports.
Officers James Moore, 23, and Keith Romans, 34, returned home Monday, after receiving treatment for gunshot wounds suffered during the incident.
The plainclothes officers pulled over the vehicle with a third officer after smelling marijuana. While searching the car, the driver shot the officers, who returned fire and killed him.
