N.Y. Man in Jail for Attacking Cop Dupes Court Officials Into Letting Him Go

A Bronx thug locked up for attacking a cop fooled authorities and walked out of court after being arraigned as a different suspect on lesser charges.

Michael Bautista pretended to be Marcial Sosa, who was charged with driving with a suspended license, at the hearing in Bronx Criminal Court Tuesday morning, sources said.
