SHOT Show 2010: Wiley X Brings Black Ops Eyewear

January 19, 2010  |

Inspired by the covert operators who choose their eye wear, Wiley X developed its Black Ops line that it has introduced at SHOT Show 2010.

The new collection was created for elite-level military and law enforcement personnel, as well as "hardcore shooters."

All-black matte frames and military spec neutral gray lenses complement eyewear that also introduces several new designs. Each entry in the new line includes shatterproof lenses and frames that exceed ANSI Z87 high-velocity impact and safety standards.

The line includes the Revolver (pictured), AirRage, Hydro, P-17, Airborne, Slay, Brick and Reign. All of the new models have Rx-ready frames, and three arrive from the company's Climate Control series and feature Wiley X's Top Down ventilation and removable foam Facial Cavity seal to keep cool air circulating, so shooters retain clear vision.
