Gunman Reportedly Walked Past Washington Officers, Turned and Fired

The gunman walked into Forza, past the officers and up to the counter as if he was going to place an order. He opened up his coat. The barista turned and ran. The gunman then turned around and opened fire on the officers.
About 250 tips have come in on the case.
