Four San Jose Cops on Leave After Rough Arrest

San Jose's police chief has placed on leave four officers present at the beating of an unarmed Vietnamese student, following the release of a grainy cell-phone video of the arrest, CBS news reports.
According to CBS' quoting of a police report, the officers hit 20-year-old Phuong Ho more than 10 times with a metal baton and used a stun gun, as they took him into custody inside his home last month.
