The Slidell (La.) Police Department have arrested the man captured by a resident's video surveillance system, while he broke into a home in the buff, according to a statement from the department.
The video shows a naked man using a garden hose to wash himself, then knocking on the front door. When he didn't get an answer, he walked to the rear of the house, sat in a chair, and pulled a plastic trash bag over his head. He then removed the bag, broke several windows, and entered the house, according to the St. Tammany News.
While in the home, the man cooked himself a meal, had a few drinks, then took a shower. He also wrapped himself in a white sheet.
On Oct. 7, detectives arrested Keith Potter, 50, who was identified by family members.
"Potter also could not explain why he had the presence of mind to disable the home's alarm and why he ransacked it, not to mention being inside the home for some three hours," according to a department statement.
