FBI Probes Excessive Force Allegations of Burbank PD

The FBI investigation of the Burbank (Calif.) Police Department is focusing on excessive force allegations that may involve 12 current and former officers, the Los Angeles Times reports.
The newspaper obtained a federal grand jury subpoena.
Issues relate to "use of force, defensive tactics, Tasers, pepper spray, or the rules and ramifications pertaining to the use of excessive force or a violation of civil/constitutional rights," as the newspaper quotes the subpoena.
