Schwarzenegger Reverses Plan to Cut Benefits to Police, Firefighters' Survivors

The proposed cut was tucked away in a list of state laws, known as mandates, that would be suspended if Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's latest budget revisions are adopted. It would have saved California $1 million.

I would really like to know which dirt bag politician would cancel health insurance of police officers killed in the line of duty? If they really want to save money start sending the ILLEGAL ALLIENS packing the next time they show up in a emergency room for a cold. We need to end health care on our dime. If an illegal needs to see a doctor here they can pay for it or go home. I would much rather have my tax dollers going to our hero's family's, not criminals.
