South Carolina Man Gets 60 Years for Copper Thefts

Prosecutors said Jackie Anderson Jr. took plumbing and air conditioner parts, mostly from low-income housing. They said the thefts did nearly $200,000 worth of damage to get about $5,000 of copper.
