New Hampshire Cop Killer Gets Death Penalty

Michael Addison was sentenced to death this morning for the murder of Manchester police Officer Michael Briggs, making him the first New Hampshire man to face execution in nearly 50 years.
The Hillsborough County jury that decided his fate deliberated for just over two days on whether Addison should be sentenced to death or life in prison without the possibility of parole.
