Deputy Uses TASER to Subdue Knife-Wielding Michigan Woman

A former Milford High School student could face charges after she held a knife to a teacher's throat before asking deputies to shoot her, according to a press release sent today by the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.

A deputy from the Oakland County Sheriff's Office used his TASER ECD to safely prevent the former student from taking her own life.

DirtyD @ 10/25/2008 8:25 AM If this would have happened in Macomb County we would have had to shoot her with our 40's because we are not allowed to carry tazers. The bosses say it is a money issue; however when asked to purchase our own, we were denied.
