'Chatty Bandit' Suspect Arrested by FBI

A man wanted in a series of San Diego armed bank holdups, dubbed "The Chatty Bandit," has been arrested, the FBI said Thursday.
The robber was called "The Chatty Bandit" because he would talk or pretend to talk on a cell phone while in the banks and also would have conversations with customers, according to the FBI. He had used a demand note to ask for money and showed tellers a gun tucked in his waistband, according to the FBI.
