Eric DeShawn Floyd, 33, the fugitive wanted in the slaying of police Sgt. Stephen Liczbinski, quietly went with police after authorities raided a vacant home in West Philadelphia late last night where he was sleeping with his girlfriend.

i am glad they caught him. in my city (baltimore), we had flyers in reference in hopes of catching him....

Turns out a retired FBI agent living in Baltimore, received a call from an old CI with Floyd's location. The agent but the CI and the task force together leading to the arrest (all within about 30 minutes) http://abclocal.go.com/wpvi/story?section=news/local&id=6131710
