Ed "Doc" Pepping; a medic with Easy Company, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division—the unit whose story is told in the book and HBO mini-series "Band of Brothers"—will appear at TREXPO West in Long Beach next week.
Pepping will sell a special autographed edition of Stephen Ambrose's book "Band of Brothers" from the Pro Med Kits booth (220) on Tuesday and Wednesday during the trade show at the Long Beach (Calif.) Convention Center. All profits from the sales will be donated to Honor the Fallen, a foundation that recognizes the sacrifice of American service personnel killed in action.
Admission to the show is free to all sworn law enforcement officers. Show hours are 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
