Flashing Blue Lights Approved for NY Cop Cars

Earlier this month, Governor Pataki signed legislation authorizing law enforcement agencies in New York to install blue lights on the rear half of the light bars on patrol vehicles. Most police vehicles in New York state have used red and amber lights.
