Travel Channel’s "Made in America" TV Show to Profile Pelican Products

On Tuesday, April 4th at 9:00 p.m., Pelican Products, manufacturer of high-impact, watertight Protector Cases and safety-approved flashlights, will be profiled by the popular Travel Channel cable show, “John Ratzenberger’s Made in America.”

The show’s Website ( is currently presenting a preview of the Pelican episode (which made the list of Season Three’s funniest moments) that features an extreme Protector Case drop test.

“We’re tremendously proud to have joined a very elite group of American businesses who have been invited to be examples of companies manufacturing high quality, American-made products,” says John Padian, Pelican’s chief operating officer.

Airing Tuesdays at 9:00 p.m. on the Travel Channel (check local channel guides for availability), John Ratzenberger’s Made in America celebrates the people, places, and products that are uniquely American.

Ratzenberger honors the men and women who work with their hands and skillfully make the products that are the backbone of the American economy. Each year, the program visits roughly 40 manufacturing facilities across the country.
