Senate Passes New Intelligence Reform Bill

Congress has passed legislation to completely reorganize United States intelligence agencies in response to recommendations from the 9/11 Commission.
Bush must still sign the legislation, but has already expressed his support for the bill.
Lawmakers say it will help improve national information-sharing among the various intelligence agencies.
