4 Alleged MS-13 Gang Bangers Charged in Violent Racketeering Conspiracy

June 20, 2014  |

A federal grand jury returned a second superseding indictment charging four Maryland men in connection with a conspiracy to participate in murder in aid of a racketeering enterprise run by the notorious La Mara Salvatrucha, or MS-13, gang, which has strong ties to Mexico-based transnational criminal organizations, reports Homeland Security Today.

According to intelligence officials, MS-13 members from Central America have entered the United States among the hordes of unaccompanied children and teenagers now flooding into the Rio Grande Valley in Texas.

"Attacking and dismantling violent criminal enterprises like MS-13 is one of Homeland Security Investigations's (HIS) highest enforcement priorities," said William Winter, special agent in charge of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) HSI office in Baltimore. "Our investigation revealed that MS-13 is an enterprise that participates in criminal acts, such as murder, attempted murder, violent assaults, witness intimidation and retaliation, and extortion. HSI special agents will continue to work with our local, state and federal law enforcement partners to target MS-13 members and other transnational criminal street gangs that are a rising public safety threat in our communities."

Isn't the Cloward Piven strategy being used by Obama & Co. a Conspiracy too? To use the weight of the poor to topple the system? What about the importation of Illegal Aliens? Isn't that a Conspiracy against taxpaying citizens? As usual the MSM sides with Illegal Aliens and Community Agitators. One day the people in the Media who hurt their own people, will face judgement from God almighty. Far worse than anything "We the People" could do. Just like the Despots in Office. God is a harsher critic than man could ever be.

Some of these MS-13 punks came across the border with the children. The USA, needs to change it's procedures when it comes to illegals. It is my understanding that when a Border Patrol Agent, comes in contact with a illegal he cannot tell the illegal to turn around and go back to where ever he/she came from. the Border Patrol has to turn them over to ICE, and ICE takes them back home. This is BS, we should tell the illegals to go back or telephone the Mexican authorities to come pick them up.

More of the same old b.s. Im hispanic and theses p.o.s.'s give a bad name to all hispanics. They come here and expoloit everything. Intimidation is their main tactic. Who cares if they come from an impoverished country. They know right from wrong, but they would rather come here and kill, intimidate , and exploit the children into joining their gang. It's just ridiculous. All we do is send em back, and they come back, and do the same shit. I think you all may know what im getting at when I say the laws need to be harsher on these shit bags. If they are guilty of murder , "kill em" then send em back.
