Police in the border city of Mexicali say they have recovered a powerful improvised cannon used to hurl packets of marijuana across a border fence into California.

Maybe we can use it to send the just released illegals 500 back to Mexico. It'll save on bus fare.

Does the US really need marijuana from Mexico? I'm not from California, but I imagine that the people in the state have enough growing in California to feed everyones habit?
