Lt. Arrests Gang Member for Vandalizing Sheriff's Toilet Stall

A Los Angeles County Sheriff's lieutenant arrested a gang member, after he caught him vandalizing a toilet stall at the agency's Whittier training academy.
Jordan Trevor Lucas, 31, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. Wednesday. The lieutenant had entered a men's room and heard a scratching sound coming from the stalls, reports the Los Angeles Daily News.
He reportedly saw Jordan Trevor Lucas writing letters on the stall door with a black marker.

This is a felony under the 186.20. "California Street Terrorism Enforcement and Prevention Act." Police/Sheriff/ Fire Academies are vocational schools.
(2) If the underlying felony described in paragraph (1) is
committed on the grounds of, or within 1,000 feet of, a public or
..., vocational, ...hours in which the facility is open for classes or school-related
programs or when minors are using the facility, that fact shall be a
circumstance in aggravation of the crime in imposing a term under
paragraph (1).
186.22. (a) Any person who actively participates in any criminal
street gang with knowledge that its members engage in or have engaged
in a pattern of criminal gang activity, and who willfully promotes,
furthers, or assists in any felonious criminal conduct by members of
that gang, shall be punished by imprisonment in a county jail for a
period not to exceed one year, or by imprisonment in the state prison
for 16 months, or two or three years.
(3) The court shall select the sentence enhancement which, in the
court's discretion, best serves the interests of justice and shall
state the reasons for its choice on the record at the time of the
sentencing in accordance with the provisions of subdivision (d) of
Section 1170.1.
I really am getting tired of our countries higher education’s being vandalized & making us a laughing stalks within the civilized world when exchange student visit. Please push for it to not be reduced to community service only. I’m hoping for a fine, jail, and then maybe community service.

Forget about what "he" wrote, where he wrote it, why he wrote it, and the laws he violated while doing it. Its the fact that he's THIRTY ONE FRICKEN YEARS OLD!!! And this is the "future"?? Holy smokes, grown ass man writing on walls, still gangbanging, damn!
