Mexico Captures Gulf Cartel Leader at Birthday Party

Mexican authorities announced the capture Gilberto Barragan Balderas, one of the leaders of one of Mexico's most active drug trafficking organizations, the Gulf Cartel.

Mexican police captured Balderas on Friday, raiding his birthday party to make the arrest.
