Oakland Norteño Named In Injunction Arrested With Rifle Strapped to Chest

One of the two Norteños arrested by Oakland Police officers in the Fruitville neighborhood last month in a pair of violent incidents had a rifle strapped to his chest, reports the San Francisco Chronicle.
Since police filed the case in October, 15 of 40 members named in a gang injuction have been arrested, including one in a court room. The injunction bars the men from hanging out together in a 2-square-mile "safety zone" and imposes a 10 p.m. curfew.
