Gang Parolee Fires At Oakland Cops

An alleged gang member released from prison several weeks ago fired on officers responding to the shots-fired call, after he fired at another vehicle on Saturday in North Oakland, reports the San Francisco Chronicle.

Benny Ray Martin, 31, and a getaway driver have both been booked on suspicion of murder.
