Outlaw Biker Killed During Gun Battle With Federal Agents In Maine

Thomas "Tomkat" Mayne, 58, was shot and killed in the return fire from federal ATF agents who had served a warrant at his home.

The biker who shot it out with federal agents on Tuesday in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, was a ranking member of the Outlaw Motorcycle Club, NECN.com reports.

During the incident, Mayne's brother-in-law, Ken Chretien, rushed agents who fired non-lethal baton rounds that failed to slow him down. They then fired a TASER twice before they could get him on the ground to handcuff him.
