Feds Bust BGF Heroin Ring at Baltimore Outreach Center

Federal authorities have indicted 13 employees of a West Baltimore community center who apparently operated a front for gang activities that including distributing heroin, the Baltimore Sun reports.
The employees are suspected of operating the center to extend the influence of the Black Guerrilla Family.
While working with youth, Todd Duncan was also dealing heroin, conducting gang "trials" and meting out punishment from an East Baltimore rowhouse, authorities say.
