Gang Members May Have Torched Officer's Car

Gang and arson investigators are looking into who torched an officer's personal car and vandalized his patrol car in Lakewood, Wash., the News Tribune reports.

Investigators said they believe the attack was connected to gangs. The name of a well-known street gang was spray painted on the officer's driveway and "187," the California law enforcement dispatch code for homicide, was sprayed on the patrol car.
