Cop Killer Impregnates Prison Guard To Avoid Death Penalty

February 05, 2013  |

A convicted killer of two undercover NYPD detectives impregnated a guard at a federal prison, hoping to avoid the death penalty, reports the New York Daily News.

Federal agents arrested the guard, Nancy Gonzalez at her Long Island home on Tuesday. She is eight months pregnant with the child of Ronell Wilson, who was convicted in 2006 of fatally shooting Detectives Rodney Andrews and James Nemorin during a gun-buy bust in 2003.

Gonzalez faces 15 years in federal prison if convicted.

I know this may sound cold, but I can't see how his becoming a father would effect his sentence - its not like he's going to support his child anyway.

Jim A @ 2/5/2013 6:56 PM

Agreed. Being a father does not erase the evil that you did prior. He still deserves to die. The sooner, the better.

Dan @ 2/5/2013 10:55 PM

This shit actually happens in real life?

Joel @ 2/6/2013 4:05 AM

Amazing.

15 years for getting knocked up by an inmate? I've never worked in a prison, so I'm sure there are rules against such things that I'm unaware of (ok, generally speaking, I'm sure it's against the rules to have physical contact with an inmate in that manner) but the punishment for such is 15 years? Wow.

mike @ 2/6/2013 5:05 AM

Wow! Now the state can support mom, dad and the kid! Way to go America!!!

Sal @ 2/6/2013 5:28 AM

Since when did the deathh penelty come with a paternity clause? Who wrote that in there. The child is going to be parentless for the next 15 years. What a shame the families of the dead officers have to live through this now. Twisted justice.

S.S. @ 2/6/2013 5:45 AM

This is such a load of shit!! How the hell would that affect the death penalty. Just kill the fucker and get it over and done with. As far as the female 1/2 ...well it's just a shame that she's tarnished that whole facility. Hope your proud of yourself. SKANK!!!

lawman94 @ 2/6/2013 6:21 AM

Can I get a "FRY HIM"!! Time to take your medicine big guy because the two Officers you killed got no reprieve.

BobKAT @ 2/6/2013 6:57 AM

The baby will probably turn out to be a looser like its parents.

JM @ 2/6/2013 7:41 AM

Well I hope I'm wrong, but all the other news articles say that his death sentence has been overturned twice and is now life. So it would seem he is seeking leverage so that he doesnt get the death sentence again in any future trials?? This guy was a violent POS, I'm not sure how a death sentence is overturned for him twice... Our justice system is sickening on cut and dry cases like this.

swat @ 2/6/2013 8:07 AM

There is NO concesual sex in Federal prison! So now he can claim that he was raped by an officer in prison. He is now the victim and she may be charged for rape

Bruce @ 2/6/2013 9:20 AM

Worst reporting ever, the pregnancy & the delayed sentence have nothing to do with each other. Yahoo even got the story right. This makes me question ALL your reports. Do a better job.

A COP KILLER SHOULD BE LONG DEAD!
