Flood of Recruits Expected For Toledo Civil Service Exam

The Toledo (Ohio) Police Department will offer the civil service exam in late August to fill a cadet class and expects in excess of 800 test takers with hopes of becoming an officer with the agency, reports ToledoOnTheMove.com.
The department has scheduled nine days (starting Tuesday) for potential applicants in the Toledo area. Those who live outside a 20-mile radius can apply via e-mail.
