Chicago Cadets Honor Fallen Officer

A group of 89 Chicago police cadets stood and saluted fallen Officer Thor Soderberg—one of their instructors—during their Wednesday graduation ceremony, CBS News reports.
Soderberg was disarmed and shot with his own service weapon, after 24-year-old Bryant Brewer—a man with a history of crime and mental derangement—jumped him in a South Side parking lot.
Twenty-two of the cadets were Soderberg's personal students.
