"Easier to Comb for Criminals"

German law enforcement agencies recently announced that they have an improved DNA test that can better identify criminals
using hair samples. Although pulled out hairs which are used in DNA sampling could pinpoint a criminal, most hairs at crime scenes could not directly identify its owner. However, the new
DNA test now allows police to identify individuals from hairs that fall out naturally, a process that occurs every 15 minutes.
