I want you to think about your daily routines in preparing for the job. Every department has one great knee-slapper of a story about someone making a big mistake due to laxity. But to me, if someone could have been injured or worse I hate it.

Basic Schools Build the Foundation

In addition to mandated in-service and state training, I urge you to take courses to enhance your skills and performance. Start small and work your way up to more advanced classes.
