California Officer Kicks Gang Member During Arrest


After a long vehicle pursuit on May 13, 2009, El Monte (Calif.) officers George Fierro and James Singleterry arrest Richard Rodriguez, a member of the El Monte Flores gang. During the arrest, Fierro kicks Rodriguez in the head. The officers have been cleared of any wrongdoing.

Freeze, don't move !! (( suspect is frozen )) "KICK" , I said freeze more frozen then You are freezing !!! lol.
