Here we go again rehashing the far left liberal agenda. Did we not learn from the past. After New York City cracked down on these "non Violent" offenders their crime rate dropped like a rock. Thank God I live and work in Texas and not the liberal bastion of California. To all of you good hard working conservative people in California come on over to TX.
