The Supreme Court has ruled that Guantanamo detainees must have access to American courts. How do you feel about this ruling?

They should have the right to appear in an American court.
These are dangerous men and this decision needlessly endangers the American public and our troops in Afghanistan and Iraq.
This is good for the United States because it promotes our moral authority in the world.
I don't know if this is good or bad.

Police: Motorcyclist Flipped Bird, Popped Wheelie, Crashed

A Long Island man who flipped his finger at a police cruiser and then popped a wheelie on his motorcycle is recovering from injuries after crashing.
