The Supreme Court has ruled that Guantanamo detainees must have access to American courts. How do you feel about this ruling?

They should have the right to appear in an American court.
These are dangerous men and this decision needlessly endangers the American public and our troops in Afghanistan and Iraq.
This is good for the United States because it promotes our moral authority in the world.
I don't know if this is good or bad.

S.C. Teen Accused in School Bomb Plot Made 'Farewell' Audio Tape

An 18-year-old South Carolina student was in jail Sunday after he collected bomb-making supplies, including ammonium nitrate, in a plan to attack his high school, authorities said.
