The Supreme Court has ruled that Guantanamo detainees must have access to American courts. How do you feel about this ruling?

They should have the right to appear in an American court.
These are dangerous men and this decision needlessly endangers the American public and our troops in Afghanistan and Iraq.
This is good for the United States because it promotes our moral authority in the world.
I don't know if this is good or bad.

University of Colorado Officer Cleared in Hospital Shooting

A police officer has been cleared of wrongdoing in the fatal shooting of a man who threatened to detonate a bomb inside a Boulder hospital. The Boulder County district attorney's office said Wednesday that University of Colorado police Cpl. Matt DeLaria was justified in the March 17 shooting of 32-year-old Terrance Baughman.

What was there to investigat this nut case was going to detonate an explosive device in a hospital!!! I'am surprised and impressed they tried so many non-lethal device's before the officer put him down. I wish him all my best...
