All cops know you don't act this way. no excuses should be allowed on that officers behalf if this in deed is the true story. I've dealt with out town officers feeling privledge and disrespecting cops on parade details and what not. I've also had others pull up introduce themselves and ask if there is any way for professional courtesies and 9 out of 10 there was a way to help them out. there is a right way and a wrong way to be taken care of, and never should a weapon be brandished....................

My question is, since there was a complainant with witnesses, why wasn't there an arrest? You have a man brandishing a weapon. And with racial slurs, you have a hate crime. Isn't this a federal offense? If this was committed by average joe citizen, he would be on the ground, cuffed, and then travelling to city jail. The responding officers did not make an arrest. No wonder the public has no respect for LEOs anymore. Two standards are being used here. Everything done on the side of law enforcement was criminal.
