Man Wanted in New Mexico Deputy's Shooting Apparently Slain

A man believed to be fugitive Kurt Sohrbeck, sought in the shooting of a New Mexico sheriff's deputy, was shot and killed Wednesday afternoon in a shootout with an Otero County sheriff's deputy near Cloudcroft.
