PBS' 2002 National Memorial Day Concert will pay special tribute to the Americans who are serving in the war against terrorism and the victims and heroes of Sept. 11.
The annual concert will weave musical performances, archival footage, and dramatic readings into a salute to those who have died, as well as those who have endured war.
The 90-minute live performance airs on Sunday, May 26, 2002, from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. ET. The concert will be broadcast overseas via the American Forces Radio and Television network.
