Hide A Keys

I work at a hotel and come across some interesting things. Labor day was no different, except for who caused the amusement. We usually get some odd and stupid people who frequent our hotel, and sometimes I watch them leave in metal braclets. Well on Monday it was a guest, but it was our law enforcement guests that caused the excitement. As you are all aware officers have three sets of keys-the key that is left in the vehicle, the one left on the belt, and then there is the hide a key. Well the two brilliant officers who checked in today left the key in the egnition with the engine running. They were in street clothes so the belt containing there other set was also in the vehicle. And what would you know, no hide a key! So we got to watch two officers get assistance from a guest to break into a police vehicle!!! The incident was too amusing to go without photos, so I got my phone a snapped some, I hope we all can learn from this and remember where we place our keys.
