THEY ARE INVOLVED IN MANY OF THE THINGS ON THE LIST OF YOUR POST, THEY ARE ORGANIZED CRIME RINGS, AND HAVE LONG THOUGHT THAT THEY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED UNDER THE RICO CRIME STATUTES. Yes our members investigate gypsy crime rings. IAPCI is for all types of property crime investigators including all specialized fields. It is important if you are assigned to your agency's crimes against property bureau to join us and network together to combat crime! http://www.PropertyCrimes.org
